New Jersey Turnpike Interchange 6 to 9 Widening ProgramThe NJ Turnpike Authority is widening the Turnpike to 12 lanes from Interchange 6 in Mansfield Twp. to Interchange 9 in East Brunswick. The Widening Program will add 170 lane miles and increase interchange efficiency at a cost of about $2.5 billion. The Authority is aggressively advancing this Program in Sections and Stages.
